Client: Trampled Underfoot


Challenge

The Trampled Underfoot site was performing really well – high up the search engines, easy to navigate and producing sales. However, its appearance did nothing to communicate the benefits of trampolining – child appeal, fitness, outdoors activities. Our challenge was to revamp it to generate more sales without affecting its optimised rankings.

Process

Following competitive community research we decided to create a family of characters who would emphasise the family aspect to the product, but could also individually enhance sales messages. These are implemented across a newly designed site, which is full of eye-catching sales tags, bright colours and strong calls to action.

Result

The client's American manufacturer liked the characters so much that they will soon be featured on all his packaging worldwide. As for the website's effectiveness, their rankings have been maintained, sales are on the up, and the compliments have been flooding in to their offices from excited customers.
